Paradigm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support our client, a leading software consultancy firm based in Portland, Oregon.

Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: Remote-Portland Metro(may become hybrid in the future)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

Work with a variety of technologies and languages to build quality software for internal or external clients
Collaborate with solution architects and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing software revisions for internal and external customers
Contribute to the software design and effectively address problems of scaling web services, system integration, and general development
Participate in design/code reviews
Document software designs and project tasks

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

At least 5 years of experience working as a full-stack developer in any programming language
Experience building server-side web applications and REST services
Experience building client-side web applications
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
The ability to work on-site at client engagements as needed within the Portland, Oregon Metro area
Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
