Nexigen, a Managed IT Services, IT Support, Cloud & Cybersecurity company, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in the Columbus, OH area.

OPPORTUNITY:

As our Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business in the Columbus, OH territory. Market Nexigen services and resources through all prospecting channels. As this is a new market, tap into your connections and knowledge of the business community to build brand awareness. We will support your efforts with a strong lead generation strategy. Work with management, account managers, and cross-function team members to meet established sales quotas. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be part of a winning team who is committed to expansion in the Midwest.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive new business efforts and achieve sales goals in the Columbus, OH territory.
Develop relationships through all prospecting channels.
Follow-up on sales leads, schedule sales meetings and close new accounts.
Monitor progress toward goals and report to management.
Manage your accounts to maintain relationships and upsell services.
Maintain and continuously update prospect and client information in our CRM.
Actively engage in networking events to build brand awareness.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

3+ years of sales experience preferably in technology or telecom.
Proven success at building rapport and productive client relationships.
Dynamic, driven and results-oriented to develop new business.
A solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Disciplined to work a sales activity plan to accomplish goals.
Self-sufficiency with web-based CRM products (i.e., SharpSpring or similar)
High energy, confident, and assertive with a diligent work ethic.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Nexigen will reward your sales success a target OTE of $200K+ that includes a six-figure base salary, plus a rewarding commission incentive plan. You will also receive a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, 401(k)-retirement plan, and PTO. This is a home office based role.
