We are actively searching for a Software Architect to join our team on a permanent basis. In this position you will play a vital role in the design and management of our software development environment and related infrastructure. A strong candidate will be able to evaluate our current state and make recommendations accordingly. One of our larger needs at the moment is the ability to merge repetitive tools and simplify our environment (partly due to a merger).

Your Vibe:

Work with IT leadership, development, IT operations, Project Management, and Product team and understand company needs and define system specifications or requirements.
Design, plan and review our software and cloud architecture
Evaluate and select appropriate software, hardware, and infrastructure
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers when the opportunity arises
Eager to solve technical issues
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Your Rhythm:

10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Core strength in Node, React, Python, and AWS services (open to similar languages and tools)
Experience with microservices architecture
Well versed on CI/CD tools
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
