About the role:

The opportunity is for a talented and motivated Cybersecurity focused Sales Engineer to join our Go To Market team. This is a customer facing role where you will be using your deep technical expertise to provide pre and post technical consulting on Monad’s product offering. You will collaborate closely with the GTM team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations to secure new business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and has the technical aptitude to lead technical discussions within Cybersecurity and Monad’s enterprise solution.

Responsibilities:

Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to the GTM team and customers regarding our cybersecurity solutions and services
Participate in the onboarding of new customers by leading or contributing to Monad technology and architectural discussions
Respond to technical inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address customer concerns
Develop and deliver customized proof-of-concept (POC) solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
Assist in preparing and delivering accurate proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI responses
Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development based on customer needs and market trends
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and the competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively

Requirements:

5+ years of prior work experience in similar positions (e.g., Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Sales Engineer)
Technical domain knowledge across vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response etc…
Experience with multi-cloud environments AWS and GCP ideally
Proficient in navigating technical and architectural discussions.
Skilled in customer development and problem-solving, with a creative mindset to craft customized technical solutions that meet customer requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events

Nice to Have:

Strong understanding of data ingestion processes, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows, and data integration techniques
Familiarity with data ingestion tools and platforms, such as Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or SQL, to develop custom integration solutions
