Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales proposal and contract processes, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities Include

Manage the coordination of the sales pricing, proposals, and RFP processes.
Become a subject matter expert in CORL and Meditology offerings to drive efficient collaboration between sales, delivery, and finance.
Oversee the administrative functions of the HubSpot CRM.
Work across departments to improve gaps in process to drive collaboration and efficiencies in the sales lifecycle.
Develop and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict revenue growth and identify potential areas of improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies.
Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement new revenue opportunities through market research and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations analysts to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, HubSpot, and PowerBI.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and process optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
