About This Role

The Sales Specialist with our Samsung team will be based in West Toronto, Canada working with the finance/healthcare and government/education verticals. This role will primarily focus on Samsung’s B2B Mobility business, which delivers the flexibility and security that business demands, with services and support that ensures a mobile solution that succeeds and grows with the organization. As a Sales Specialist you will provide proactive assistance to client-badged employees to increase mind share and revenue.

Location: Toronto, Canada

What Will You Do?

Work with client reps to support sales efforts and drive incremental revenue
Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
Engage and grow existing relationships through sale support and enablement
Assist client engineers with Proof of Concept conversations
Consistently help client reps build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM utilization
Ensure all business processes and policies in support of client reps are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and assist in closing sales

What Will You Need to Succeed?

Minimum of 2-3 years’ sales, relationship management, customer service, or similar experience
Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximize sales results
Experience prospecting and selling to Enterprise level accounts
Experience with Retail, Finance, or Healthcare sales
Communicate effectively, written and verbally, with accounts, customers, and management
Achieve success in a quota-driven, client-focused team sales environment
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology

The annual pay range for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000 (Canadian). This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
