Sales Director – North America

The Sales Director is a leadership profile within the organisation. The individual will lead our Business Development and Strategic endeavours in North America and will act as a subject matter expert in the domain of cybersecurity. The person will be a self-starter with a strong background in cybersecurity solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions/ consulting market
Align with company's overall strategy, provide insights for the US market, and help build a local strategy
Represent us on public forums like Seminars, conferences, networking events
Help with Branding and Marketing strategy and initiatives as well
Ability to provide leadership and help build and train the Business Development team
Drive internal process development for client onboarding and client account management
Work with internal teams such as the PMO, Marketing or Product teams to engage Clients
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term sales success.
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
Is a Hunter and has connects with CXO level people like CEOs, CISO, CTO etc.

Required Skills:

12+ years of overall experience with atleast last 8 years in Cyber Security/ Payment domain
Experience selling in Financial Services domain is highly preferable
Experience of scaling a business successfully
Experience leading teams and driving revenue and profitability
Proven record of Up Selling & Cross Selling of products / services.
Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills
CISSP Certification is desirable
This role may require sizeable travel depending on business requirement
