We are currently looking for an Ethiopia-based Project Manager for a large project with USAID. The ideal candidate has several years of project management experience, is highly detail oriented, and cares about leadership and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Drive project planning, outlining project goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Establish project milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
Consistently monitor project process, maintaining and updating Lead Beyond and consortium partner's project tracking systems
Identify implementation issues and challenges
Maintain clear and effective communication with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Detail orientation and timeliness.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency in English language required
Bachelor's degree required
