This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, enterprise-level IT team as a Network Administrator. Working alongside the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be assisting in the support and operations of network, wireless and voice technology across Larco. In addition a key focus of this new position will be the supporting customers and providing network support, administration and implementation of IT services across our portfolio of Film Studios.

Responsibilities

Effectively respond to user requests by telephone, walkup or via ticketing system and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide End-User support involving Windows PC, MAC, iOS and Android devices
Provide End-User support involving installing printers, copiers, and device drivers
Provide End-User application support involving Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
Administer, Maintain and Troubleshoot Enterprise Local Area Networks (LAN) including Cisco Cataylst (IOS-XE and IOS)
Administer, Maintain and Troubleshoot Enterprise Wireless Networks (WLAN) including Cisco AireOS, C9800 and WLC)
Administer, Maintain and Troubleshoot Enterprise Voice Networks including Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IP Phones and IOS Voice Gateways
Administer Windows Servers and associated network services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory)
Monitor Network Performance Console and respond to outages
Escalate issues or requests to internal stakeholders as required
Work in collaboration with the Senior Engineer, configure and deploy new equipment during scheduled outage windows
On-Call required for after-hours support or incidents

Qualifications Required

Excellent customer service skills
Communicate effectively both orally and written in English
Use critical thinking to troubleshoot problems and arrive at solutions quickly
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
3-5 Years hands-on experience in Computer Networking
1-3 Years Related Experience in Computer Desktop Support (Windows, Mac)
Ability to install, rack and cable network equipment, lifting approx. 30lbs
CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA minimum
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Server 2019/2022
Working knowledge of Linux
Ability to perform basic scripting tasks
Programming skills would be a benefit
Ability to work in a team as well as independently as required
Must have Class 5 license and vehicle
