Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of information security principles, network architecture, and system administration to protect our IT infrastructure from potential threats.

Duties

Monitor security alerts and events from various sources to identify potential threats.
Analyze security incidents and provide timely responses to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity and security of network architecture.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate security measures.
Maintain documentation of security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
Assist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
Proficiency in TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with IT infrastructure management and system administration.
Familiarity with SFTP, IPsec, IaaS, OSPF, and VMWare technologies.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns or anomalies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $48.00-$55.00 per hour
