ILPS has been in business for over 20 years, providing 24-hour monitoring, and security guard services, electronic article surveillance, CCTV installation, electronic access control systems, and intrusion alarm installations. The company also provides training seminars covering different aspects of security in the retail industry.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Security Sales Specialist where you will work as a hybrid employee, meaning some work from home is acceptable. The Security Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new prospects, maintaining existing accounts, building and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads and following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a Security Sales Specialist, you will also be responsible for ensuring the proposals and quotes fit within the client’s budget.

Qualifications

Sales and Account Management Skills
Knowledge of Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
Ability to Work Well Both Independently and in Teams
Previous security sales experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field

The following qualifications and skills would also be highly advantageous:

Experience in dealing with senior-level executives
Experience in the security industry
Understanding of electronic article surveillance, CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarm installation and operations
Strong aptitude for technical concepts
