What will you come with:

The IT InfoSec, Cybersecurity Analyst is an integral role that strategically and tactfully leads the Information Security and Compliance function for our enterprise-wide operations and business units. This role will be responsible for managing, supporting, improving security and compliance programs and its subsidiaries while scaling and maturing the program as the company grows. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to governance, risk management, compliance, and leadership.

The role works collaboratively with the business and other IT partners to provide a stable and secure PC computing environment, including installing, maintaining, and training others on a variety of organizational standard system hardware and software.

What will you come with:

4+ years of experience in security and compliance with relevant certifications, information security audit and securing cloud hosted IT systems.
Ability to work closely with IT, technical engineers, developers to evaluate, suggest and document controls and procedures to strengthen the cyber security posture.
Experience conducting and or participating in risk assessment audits with common control frameworks such as ISO 27000 series, NIST CSF and with regulations and standards such as HIPAA/HITECH.
Strong leadership, consultative and advisory skills for security compliance programs.
Experience working with companies using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, Cyber Security, Social Engineering, IT Compliance and Privacy best practices
Excellent communication skills both written and oral and equally comfortable speaking with internal business users at all levels as well as business partners and vendors.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials with precision and accuracy.
CISM highly desired
At least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CRISC, GSEC, CSSLP, CGEIT, CISA CompTIA Security+

Experience:

Healthcare Industry: 3 years (Required)
Vulnerability scans (Qualys, Tenable/Nessus, Rapid7, etc): 3 years (Required)
Security monitoring, SIEM ( e.g AlienVault, Splunk, Qradar): 3 years (Required)
Cloud security: 3 years (Required)
Cybersecurity: 4 years (Required)
