ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to protect Innocap's assets, IT systems, and staff against cybersecurity threats and risks. You will be called upon to work with several stakeholders to maintain and strengthen Innocap's security posture.

This versatile role will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of aspects of cybersecurity such as surveillance, vulnerability management and awareness. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues from all levels of the organization.

In a typical week, you will:

Be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of threats and security issues.
Analyze what will be identified in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, then propose strategies to correct them.
Actively participate in awareness Phishing campaigns and pen test exercise.
Audit internal IT systems to ensure frameworks and polices are respected and ensure gaps are documented and acted upon.
Identify the appropriate processes to help prevent and detect cyber-attacks through various means such as awareness, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, reporting and standards, etc.
Document cybersecurity incidents and action plans, compile and validate vulnerabilities and risks, create and update dashboards to provide status to management.
Manage the cybersecurity awareness program and some of the cybersecurity related tools like 1Password and KnowBe4.
Contribute to several projects, including SIEM evolution, CASB and DLP.
Work on securing the cloud infrastructure with all stake holders.
Be the first point of contact for user in the event of a cyber security incident
Provide Cybersecurity training for technical resources Applications and infrastructure support groups
Contribute to cybersecurity self-assessments, cybersecurity risk assessments for external vendors, and then participate in the development of our cybersecurity roadmap.
Perform cyber threat intelligence gathering.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in information security (authentication, authorization, access control, audit, cryptography, etc.).
Excellent understanding in all cybersecurity fields.
Excellent understanding of security and networking devices roles.
Be informed and interested about cyber threat trends
Experience in a SOC
Familiar with SIEM and DLP tools.
Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure.
Experience in the following activities is an asset: worked in a blue team, worked as Threat Hunter, persistent threat analysis, continuous Monitoring: Log point and Sentinel etc., continuous Security: Aqua Security, Nexus IQ, Artifactory, Veracode, SonarQube
Certification: GCTI, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, OSCE is an asset.
Team spirit, good interpersonal and communication skills and focus on customer service.
Bilingualism in French and English is required as you will be collaborating with partners Worldwide.
