About ICOUNTER

iCOUNTER is redefining how enterprises defend against cyber threats originating across their extended business ecosystems.

Our AI-native Counter Threat Operating System (CTOS™) combines threat intelligence, risk determination, and operational response to help organizations identify and act on threats involving third parties, subsidiaries, portfolio companies, and interconnected business relationships.

We believe enterprises need to move beyond traditional risk assessments and static security scores toward intelligence-led, proactive defense.

We’re building a new category of cybersecurity, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help us bring it to market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on owner of the infrastructure and delivery systems behind our platform. That means architecting scalable, secure cloud environments, primarily on AWS; maintaining network designs that balance performance and security; leading the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines; and building the automation and observability that keep production healthy. You’ll also set the standard for security in the infrastructure you build, and partner closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to make shipping safe, routine, and fast.

What You Will Do

Design and build scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS, with working knowledge of Azure and GCP
Design and maintain network architecture (VPCs, Transit Gateways, VPNs, IPsec tunnels, DNS) for performance and security
Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines so software releases are automated, repeatable, and low-risk
Build automation for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual work and human error
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and tune resource allocation for high availability
Build security into infrastructure: least privilege, secrets management, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and process documentation
Work with developers, QA, and IT operations to remove friction and improve delivery and reliability

What You Will Need

7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role, or equivalent practical experience, with hands-on depth in AWS
Strong Linux systems administration
Scripting proficiency in Python and/or Bash
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
Configuration management experience with Ansible or Puppet

Working knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Transit Gateways, and IPsec tunnels

Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration
Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP
Experience supporting AI/ML workflows in AWS
A DevSecOps background or experience in a security-focused or regulated environment
