A LEADING CYBERSECURITY MANAGED SERVICES COMPANY AND TOP RANKED MSSP SPECIALIZING IN SAFEGUARDING MID-TIER AND LARGE ENTERPRISES, IS LOOKING FOR A CYBERSECURITY SALES LEADER TO LEAD AND ELEVATE A GLOBAL GO-TO-MARKET SALES STRATEGY AND EXECUTE DIRECT GROWTH OBJECTIVES. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE IS HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN BUILDING SUCCESSFUL HIGH-PERFORMANCE DIRECT SALES ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE CYBERSECURITY INDUSTRY.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing global sales strategy. This executive will assume leadership of a growing geographically dispersed sales organization and will also be instrumental in creating and executing strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams from direct sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead all sales outcomes from pre-sales through the entire customer lifecycle. This individual is responsible for generating topline revenue, developing partner relationships, and implementing strategies to lead a high-performing sales organization that is focused on attracting and retaining top talent; building pipeline generation programs; expanding partners, collaborating across key business functions; and ultimately achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. This position calls for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a player-coach mentality.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA/Master’s preferred) and/or 10+ years of Leadership experience in Information Technology/Cyber Security and/or professional services related field.

• 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.

• Proven track record of growing revenue from direct sales through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

• Proven experience developing and executing business strategy.

• Ability to craft and execute a business strategy.

• History of decision-making based on business metrics.

• Experience coaching team of individual contributors on how to manage and close complex sales cycles across CISO, CIO, CEO, and CFO/COO.

• Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.

• Track record of cultivating strong relationships across customers, partners, and peers.

• Proven ability to drive results by developing, packaging, and delivering programs to team in an effective

• manner.

• Experience building, managing, and measuring a virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization.

• Highly proficient in using Salesforce and other commercial sales and marketing tools.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Ability to spend up 50%+ time in the field.
