This position offers the option of fully remote if you live outside the radius of 50 miles from South Sioux City, NE.

A hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

As an IT Security Analyst you will be joining a growing team where you will be able to contribute your extensive knowledge and skills right away while working collaboratively with management and staff to ensure the safety of our information systems.

In this position, you will:
• Perform security analyses across various platforms, systems, and devices.
• Protect data by defining access, identifying vulnerabilities, and applying cybersecurity best practices to mitigate risk.
• Create and improve policies and processes to maintain compliance in a quickly changing regulatory landscape.
• Promote and ensure that security awareness training programs are up-to-date and being implemented company-wide.

We are seeking candidates who have:
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• 5-10 years of IT Security experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CISSP Certification.
• Security+ certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in risk assessment, threat detection, vulnerability and governance.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
