Job Overview: IT Manager oversees the support and operation of the IT environment of multiple assigned locations globally to ensure critical systems and applications are available to support business operations while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Work closely with business to leverage IT as an enabler for business growth.

Position Responsibilities:

Business Partner (75%)

1. IT Manager is required to work closely with business users and management to identify business needs, pain points and automation opportunities to leverage IT as an enabler for business growth

2. Create IT Strategy and Digital transformation roadmap for assigned business vertical inline to vision and growth plans.

3. Responsible to analyze, plan and prioritize different business requirements and work with business and central IT team for successful delivery of the same.

4. Work as a Bridge between business users and Central IT team

5. for all new projects, implementations, and upgrades

6. Manage new rollouts, change, enhancement, support, and user training

7. Evaluate existing technology/solutions to determine whether it can be improved upon or replaced entirely

8. Identifying new technologies that could improve operations or products by introducing them into the workplace

9. SPOC for all user issues and requests. Review all users’ requests

10. Analyze daily issues/requests for repeated patterns to find root cause of the same to find permanent solution

11. Look for opportunities of Cost Saving and optimization using automation and digitization.

IT Operations/Infra/Security/Budget (25%)

1. Ensure all systems – Servers, Networks, user systems are working in optimal condition

2. Ensure compliance to local Cyber Security Laws and group IT policy. Make amendments as required according to local requirements.

3. Vendor Management – Work closely with vendors for IT Infra support while ensuring strict SLA’s

4. Responsible for health and hygiene of overall system landscape for assigned geographies

5. Work with central team on IT audit compliance requirements, identify gaps and work with business and IT team for the closure of the same.

6. Ensure proper onboarding and training of any new user

7. Work with users to find training requirements and design continuous training plan to ensure all users are adequately trained to manage their day-to-day task and are able to make the best use of implemented solutions.

8. Provide best in class support to end users, be in constant touch with all users to understand their needs and issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.

9. Create IT Capex and Opex budget and ensure appropriate management, monitoring and reporting of the same.

Employment Qualification and Requirements:

1. Completion of degree in IT domain (BE, B. Tech, BCA, MA)

2. 5-7 years experience in core IT domain

3. CBAP or equivalent, PMP, Agile, Scrum Certifications

4. Related business experience is a strong asset

5. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

6. Ability to work within a dynamic fast-paced work environment
