Responsibilities:

- Design and implement physical access control systems

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities

- Develop emergency response plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience or qualifications in the following areas-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems / Cybersecurity.
5+ years' experience as a Physical Security Engineer within IT infrastructure environments.
Experience working with CCTV cameras or other surveillance systems.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as NIST/FISMA/SOC2/HIPAA/PCI-DSS/GDPR etc.

Skills Required:

In addition to these minimum requirements stated above, we are looking for candidates who possess some if not all skills listed below -

Familiarity with hardware devices like servers/routers/firewalls/load balancers/proxies/waf's/endpoints/sensors
Ability to analyze log files using tools like Wireshark/TCPdump/Nmap/Antivirus logs/LCDs/syslogs/logs from network/security appliances/etc.,
Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash/Ruby/Powershell) would be added advantage
