We are looking for:

A Security Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operational duties related to DoseSpot’s IT and Security team portfolios.

Security Analyst responsibilities include conducting on-boarding, off-boarding, and transfer duties in DoseSpot’s information systems, initiating access reviews, and reviewing various security monitoring solutions. You need to have experience working with a team to respond to urgent IT and security requests.

Ultimately, you’ll help ensure our IT systems are secure, consistent, and reliable.

A successful Security Analyst should be trustworthy and proactive and possess strong communication skills and a solution-orientated attitude.

What you’ll do:

Account management – From creating new accounts to assigning roles and licenses
IT Security Support – Including regular hardening of systems and monitoring.
IT Access Requests – Maintain and facilitate access to systems.
End Point Security - Monitoring and Management.
Technical documentation
Respond to phishing email validation requests.

Requirements

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience with a minimum of two (2) years of help desk experience
Knowledge of various security solutions, such as anti-virus, endpoint protection, and network protection solutions and use cases
Ability to help implement processes
Good teamwork and critical thinking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
