We are seeking a Senior Software Architect for their growing development team.

Environment: Java, JavaScript TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Python, AWS, etc

You will be a key member of the technology team responsible for designing the overall structure and framework of software solutions. This role will be crucial in shaping the architecture to ensure it aligns with business needs, scalability requirements, and performance goals. Will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and system administrators, to translate business requirements into robust and efficient software systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-level software architecture that align with the organization's technical and business objectives. Consider factors such as scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and integration capabilities.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to push existing and future projects to completion.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for different software components to ensure optimal performance and ease of development.
Plan and oversee the integration of various software components and 3rd party systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
Identify performance bottlenecks and design solutions to optimize software performance, including load balancing, caching mechanisms, and database tuning.
Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the software against potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Design software solutions that are compatible with different platforms and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience across multiple environments.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design decisions, and system specifications.
Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure the architecture supports iterative and incremental development practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for incorporating innovative solutions into our software.

Requirements:

Multiple years of experience as a Software Architect or a similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing successful software systems.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies (Java, JavaScript TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Python, etc.)
Cloud computing experience (Amazon Web Services / AWS)
Experience with various architectural patterns and design principles.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and motivate development teams towards architectural goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
