As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will work as part of a team to provide cybersecurity leadership and program management directly to team members and our clients. You will build and examine reports, data, and analytics to identify suspicious activity and threats. You will ensure SOC2 compliance, participate in regular audits, and proactively work to identify and prevent cyber threats.

LOCATION:

This role can work remotely within the United States.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:

Lead cybersecurity audits to ensure our operational environments stay compliant and secure.
Plan and run training exercises to help our employees and clients practice prevention and responses to a cybersecurity incident.
Perform quantitative Risk Assessments to understand where to make smart investments in cybersecurity.
Respond to security questionnaires from our clients in a timely manner.
Write and maintain policy documents.
Assist with evidence collection to help prepare for compliance audits.
Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of cybersecurity topics.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A degree with a cybersecurity focus
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management (if no degree, +2 years’ experience).
A passion for security challenges
High personal and professional ethical standards
Well-developed technical writing skills
Quantitative or analytical work/school experience
Some type of cybersecurity certification (SSCP, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
Experience with any security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS, COBIT, etc.)
Experience with any compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FEDRamp, etc.)

System Administration (Windows, Linux)
Cloud Administration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Network or firewall administration
