We are seeking a motivated, and hardworking professional to join our team as an IT Project Specialist who can provide fast and appropriate technical support to our clients. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended. An ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively to understand customer concerns and provide/explain the solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver IT projects within specified timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with the team to complete the projects.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the right IT resources are allocated to projects.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, identify potential issues, and deliver solutions.
Ensure all IT systems and procedures adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Prepare and present reports on the project's progress, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working on and managing IT projects, ideally within a Managed Services environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong technical experience with a variety of IT systems, infrastructures, and applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client relationships.
Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
