Given our growth and our never-ending pursuit of better client and staff experiences, Boyden Canada is now seeking an Applications Support Specialist. Together with colleagues in our national shared services team, this individual will contribute to our success in two ways:

Enabling – By working closely with our client-facing staff, this role will ensure our core business applications drive client satisfaction, efficiency, and the accumulation of valuable data assets. This will be accomplished by better leveraging business process applications via the deployment of training materials, individual instruction and reporting on data quality.

Supporting – As national IT resource, this position will also provide Level 1 IT support to users in a national, remote-enabled professional services setting. This includes the facilitation of application support for users and involvement in periodic networking and cybersecurity improvements.

Well-suited candidates for the role are naturally curious technology enthusiasts who are passionate about customer-service through to the end customer. Success in the position will be driven by aspiring business acumen and communication skills more than technical fluency. Experience with CRM applications is a must, as is exposure to a broad range of best-of-breed tools that well-integrated, make organizations sing. An understanding of networking topology, computing hardware and related vendors will be considered a strong asset. The ideal candidate also has experience in a professional services company.
