Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Security Salesperson to join our growing team at Blue Team Alpha as the Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies and plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Lead by example in driving and achieving sales targets in channel and direct sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that support the sales strategy.
Work closely with other departments, including product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and service/product quality.
Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes to provide accurate sales data and insights to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the cyber security industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Passion for cyber security and a desire to help customers protect their businesses and assets.
