Blackbaud’s Customer Trust team is 100% dedicated to supporting customer inquiries and sharing the latest security and best practice updates with Blackbaud customers and prospects. As a Customer Trust Analyst, you will focus on responding to customer questionnaires and due diligence activities, supporting Sales and other internal Blackbaud teams on security-related questions, and serving as a customer-facing representative of Blackbaud’s security team. This role is crucial to building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building trust in Blackbaud.

What You Will Be Doing

Review, understand, and respond to security questionnaires and assessments received from existing customers and prospects.
Collaborate with Blackbaud security and other internal teams to gather required information and documentation necessary to respond to the questionnaires accurately.
Prepared detailed and comprehensive responses to security questionnaires, ensuring they address all the specific inquiries and requirements.
Maintain a repository of accurate and up-to-date information that can be readily used to respond to future security questionnaires.
Assist in the development and improvement of security questionnaire response templates and standard documentation.
Assist in security conversations representing Blackbaud’s security program in meetings with internal Blackbaud teams as well as with customers and prospects.
Collaborate with Blackbaud Legal teams to review contractual requirements related to security, ensuring alignment with questionnaire responses and Blackbaud’s security program.
Develop customer facing collateral that represent Blackbaud’s security program, including white papers, blog posts, tip sheets, and presentations.
Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and response time to support Sales in shortening the sales cycle and meet customer expectations

What We’ll Want You To Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Management, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in the management of information systems with at least 2 years experience working directly with customers
Basic understanding of cloud security principles
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving approach.
Experience communicating with audiences of different levels and technical acumen with the ability to tailor your message and ideas to ensure understanding and consensus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts in a clear manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that SLAs are met.
Certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISSP, or others, are advantageous but not mandatory.

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
