Salary: 100-110 000$ base + uncapped commission + bonus (up to 30%)

Auxo Recruitment is currently looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team with the goal to exceed the team's target as well as help his team members to grow and hit their individual quotas. You will also contribute to the business development and Account Management Strategy.

Responsibilities :

Contribute to the Business Development and Account Management Strategy.
Lead your team to exceed their quarterly revenue quotas while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Grow your team by hiring passionate, coachable and curious salespeople.
Participate in the sales strategy to achieve sales goals, increase sales activities and improve sales-related key performance indicators.
Follow the company's vision by coaching your team on the best sales practices.
Help your team member with their career planning and development.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, managing a team of a minimum of 5 sales executives.
Experience working as an Account Manager and Business Development.
You have a solid track record in B2B Saas Sales.
You are really organized and know how to help your team to organize their week.
You are super data-driven.
You are passionate about coaching and about fostering a culture of high performance.
You strive in leading 1on1s pipeline reviews, performance reviews and growth dicussions.
You have experienced in a tech fast-paced environment.

Bonus points :

Experience in a high-growth startup.
Experience in B2B SaaS.
Able to speak french.
