All Nations Charities is empowering Canada’s non-profit organizations (sports teams, charities, animal rescue, and volunteer groups) by providing them with cutting-edge digital fund-raising tools. We are in an exciting phase of growth and looking for a Sales Manager who is ready to join us in creating an accessible gamification platform for all organizations; from local communities to national charities!

You will be charged with driving our sales strategy and marketing All Nations’ platform to customers across non-profit, NGO, sports, and charitable sectors. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in technical solutions selling. We expect you to have a track record of sales success and meaningful results in prospecting, market segmentation, business intelligence, identification of targets, and qualification processes. This is a remote-work role and reports directly to the C-suite. This position requires 35% travel across Canada.

MAKE AN IMPACT

Management of the complete sales cycle
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets based on key performance metrics
Research and identify market opportunities, develop, and implement strategic growth plans for new customer acquisition
Identify prospective organizations, initiate and own sales relationships with prospects
Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, and demo scheduling
Be a product expertby effectively communicating and marketing products and benefits to prospective customers virtually, through phone calls, emails, demos & presentations
Work closely with the executive team in development of marketing tools and assets
Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize outbound lead management
Accurately and thoroughly update records in CRM software
Be a liaison between clients and technical product team

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role: software technology sales and B2B sales
Self-motivated and ambitious – proven ability of completing the sales cycle with minimum supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of successfully building compelling sales strategies, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Steward of client relationships that directly contribute to customers’ “success stories”
Strong digital business acumen: user-centric software, web-based infrastructure, and data analytics
Knowledge of mobile apps, websites, and other types of software
Experience with digital CRM, CMS, and e-commerce platforms
An ability to build internal relationships for enhanced collaboration and engage others through strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
An entrepreneurial spirit and sense of initiative, an ability to successfully explore uncharted territory, and a drive to achieve results
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Bilingual French and English would be an asset
