We are searching for a Cyber Security Analyst. This is a virtual role and open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring security alerts from various security controls implemented in the environment. Investigate alerts and respond to incidents as necessary.
Assist or lead in the selection, implementation. and configuration of new security tools.
Develop and implement incident response plans and playbooks.
Develop and/or refine security monitoring and response procedures.
Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, vulnerability analysis and security controls assessments for the environment.
Develop plans and implement solutions to mitigate risks in the environment.
Coordinate with the IT team to determine solutions, priorities, and schedules for remediation work.
Support IT operations and infrastructure teams with the analysis of operational issues related to security controls and processes.
Assist in the development and execution of firm-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Prepare status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures
Enforce security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, review security violation reports, and investigate possible security exceptions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Expereince with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, NIST Protocols, SIEM & Log Management, Vulnerability Management, Secure Process Design, Secure Cloud Solution Design, Network Security, Policy and Program Management is highly desireable
Previous healthcare experience, including knowledge of HIPPA and "Hi-Trust" is preferred.
